On 6th April 2025, our dedicated team of runners will be participating in 10k and marathon to raise funds for the Team Domenica Wrap Around Programme. This unique programme offers continuous support to our candidates once they achieve employment.

Story

Team Domenica provide innovative and personalised employment programmes that develop independence, confidence, communication, and work skills. It's Wrap Around program goes the extra mile by providing continuous support to young people even after they've secured paid employment. The results speak for themselves - the program boasts an impressive success rate, with over 94% of our candidates maintaining their paid jobs for a year or longer, leaving the national average (25%) far behind! As a part of this initiative, every candidate who has achieved employment, along with their employer, receives personalised support tailored to their unique needs. This support may include regular weekly or monthly check-ins and workplace visits, facilitating assistance with appraisals, training, and personal development. Additionally, it serves as a platform for candidates to explore new employment opportunities or transition to different industries, broadening their range of job options.
