Ben and I are going cold turkey on the booze over January to raise funds for Lister's Neonatal and Special Care Baby Unit to say thank you for the amazing care the team they gave to us and our little Jarvis back in 2021.

As many of you know, me and Ben absolutely love a beer watching the footie, a red wine on pretty much every occasion and a good old vodka party at the weekend so this is definitely harder than taking on a sky dive or a marathon for us!!

If you want to take pity on us or support us on our journey of sobriety we would appreciate any penny or pound you can spare especially when we know times are tough at the moment.

The funds raised will help the Neonatal team refurbish four parents bedrooms on the unit which are in much need of a makeover so they can be a lovely comfortable space for parents and their babies so your donations really will make a difference!
