Story
My niece Beth sadly passed away in October 2022 from a rare from of cancer called Ewings Sarcoma. She was only 12yrs old at the time.
Beth was a beautiful young girl and always had a smile on her face no matter what challenge she was facing.
In her memory, I will be raising funds to spread awareness and fund research for the battle against Ewings sarcoma.
In June 2024, I will be taking part in RatRace The Wall. This is a 70 mile Ultramarathon event that involves trekking/running along Hadrian's wall within a 24hr timespan.
Whilst this will be a brutal physical challenge, any pain or discomfort that I encounter will be nothing compared to what Beth endured.
I appreciate times are hard at the moment, but if you do have any spare money, I can assure you the funds will be going to a worthwhile cause. Government funding for childhood cancer is pathetically low. Much more funding is needed otherwise more children will face the same fate as my niece.
Please do donate anything you can, anything you do give is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Benjamin Stock
