Story

I am delighted to be running the TCS London Marathon in aid of Challengers on Sunday 27th April 2025!

Challengers is a charity that provides play and leisure opportunities to all disabled young people across the South East of England and enables them to have fun, make friends and try new activities while also providing vital respite for families!

I have been fortunate enough to work for Challengers over the last 5 years and I have seen first-hand the importance of short breaks for the young people and families and how much of an essential service they are.

Over time, Challengers' Play and Youth schemes have only been reduced further and further, after seeing the closure of many schemes following the Coronavirus pandemic and recently losing further schemes in Basingstoke and Eastleigh, your support is more important than ever.

Every donation makes such a difference for these families and to continue to provide these services your donations will make all the difference, no matter how how big or small.

Thank you in advance for your support, Ben :)

About the charity

All children need to play, but for disabled children it is essential to help them reach their full potential. Challengers provides numerous play schemes for disabled children from across the South East. However, there are hundreds of children missing out every day and your gift can help them play.
