For those of you that dont know me my name is Ben Stocker and i am curently recieving treatment for breast cancer. My story started 12 months ago where i was determined to lose weight and improve my general fitness where i started running and training regularly. I lost several stone over 3 months and everything was going well and to plan. Then unfortunately whilst running in spain on a family holiday i found a lump in my breast which upon my return to the uk was diagnosed as breast cancer. As you can imagine it was the worse possible news especially with having 3 wonderful young children. At present I am currently being treated by means of chemotherapy where i have just finished my first round. I have been told that i will need further rounds in due course which i admit is making my marathon training harder but In spite of this i am determined to continue to train and fundraise for something worth while where i have been drawn to the work that Little Havens do on a daily basis.

They must raise over £52,000 each week to be there for every baby, child and teenager who needs them which im sure you would agree is a tough ask but not impossible so please contribute what you can.
