I am cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats in July- August next year, which is around 1000 miles, over a two week period with my dad. Why would I want to do that? I'm still not too sure. I am starting my training now but as cycling doesn't come too naturally to me, this will be one hell of a ride.

Raising for this cause will definitely motivate me to get up in the mornings in the rain for those long cycles. After my mum's breast cancer journey two years ago in this health authority, I know that the provision of facilities will greatly benefit others who will face the same diagnosis. This money raised will ensure that the new breast care unit is an environment that is comfortable for those during the challenging time of diagnosis.
