Hello! Last year I launched a Fundraiser by trekking 82km across the Sahara Desert. Together we managed to raise around £1700 for Break Charity and it was the most incredible community feeling. I've been back at the drawing board since to figure out another one, but this time make it even bigger and better. So here I present the Solo Cycle from my childhood hometown King's Lynn, England, all the way to Istanbul in Turkey.

1 man, 1 tent, 1 bicycle. And 4500km.

After lots of consideration I've decided to raise money for the incredible folks at TimeNorfolk. TimeNorfolk provide *free* wellbeing support to people who have experienced pregnancy loss, baby loss and pregnancy choices.

1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage and stillbirth occurs in 1 in 200 births. More people than you realise have experienced some form of pregnancy loss, baby loss or pregnancy choice. Everyone's story is unique, and no two people process this in the same way.

My family was shaken by a baby loss recently and TimeNorfolk have provided 16 free counselling sessions. The work they do in incredible and it takes a lot of funding. Fundraisers like this enable that work to be free of charge for the client. So let's smash this target and turn it into something incredible.

It'll take me roughly 90 days of cycling in order to reach the Martyr Bridge in Istanbul, where I cross from Europe into Asia marking the end of my ride.
