My 14 year-old son Oliver and I are taking part in the Hospital Hero Hike on Saturday 4 May 2024!

The Hospital Hero Hike is a 21 mile walk from Ipswich Hospital to Colchester Hospital.

We have decided to take on this challenge to support our local NHS charity - Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity.

The charity helps patients, staff and your friends and family when they need it most. The staff at Ipswich hospital were fantastic during the many times Oliver's older brother, Joseph was in hospital.

Sadly we lost Joseph in April 2022 and would like to give something back to the wonderful staff who were there for our family during some very difficult times.
