On 24th August 24, our Chief Exec, Adam (and any extra "volunteers" he can muster), will be taking part in the Arrochar Alps Challenge for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. This will see the team climb to the summits of Ben Narnain, Ben Ime and The Cobbler (Ben Arthur), covering 11 miles and climbing a total of 6,250 feet.

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland is Scotland's largest health charity working to help people with chest, heart and stroke conditions live life to the full. Many people living with these conditions experience fear, isolation and loneliness, and struggle to cope with the impact of their health condition on their every day lives.

CH&SS has an amazing team of nurses, support workers and volunteers, who make sure no one has to recover alone. They believe that there should be no life half lived in Scotland. With your support, they can make sure people with chest, heart & stroke conditions and Long Covid can do more than survive - they can really live.
