Story

Did you know that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?

I am one of those - I was unexpectedly diagnosed in June 2023 and underwent treatment (permanent seed brachytherapy) in November 2023, under Professor Langley at Guildford. Just over a year on, things are looking very good!

During what was a very difficult time, I found the information provided by Prostate Cancer Research and other prostate charities invaluable and as such decided to take part in their 56 mile February fundraising challenge.

I successfully completed the challenge by walking at least 2 continuous miles (87 miles total) every day in February, whatever the the weather.

Please support me, by donating to this excellent charity.

Thanks,

John
