NHS: ‘Endometriosis: in top 10 most painful chronic conditions.’

A little about my journey..

As someone who battles endometriosis every day, I know firsthand the challenges that come with this chronic pain condition. My fight for a diagnosis and eventual surgery in September 2020, took 13 years.

That's why I'm participating in the Winter Walk for Endo 2024, a walk to raise awareness and funds for those affected by endometriosis, in hope other women won’t have to wait as long as I did.

Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women, yet it is still widely misunderstood, highly misdiagnosed, and still has no cure!

Those of us who suffer from this condition often face long waiting times, difficult decisions during diagnosis, treatment, and management. But we don't have to face it alone.

Endometriosis UK provides support and reliable information while fighting for change and better treatment options.

I’ll be doing my Endo walk on January 27th, 2024.
