Becky and Heather are celebrating 60 years of life and are planning to run a Marathon in every nation of the UK for Helen and Douglas House in memory of Becky’s baby Nathan. Helen House was a great support to Nathan’s parents and his 8 brothers and sisters. It has also been a great support to two of our friends and many other families.

Helen & Douglas House is the world’s first children’s hospice and they have been caring for local terminally ill children and their families for forty years. They are a charity and need to raise over £3.5m every year to fund the cost of care.

A stay at the hospice means their team takes care of medical and nursing needs so that parents have precious time to enjoy family life with their children sharing laughter and joy and creating happy family memories which will last forever.
