Story

What is the Relay 100 all about?

We are delighted to be holding our diocesan-wide sponsored walks again this year during the summer months in line with our original walks' calendar, and are looking for willing volunteers to walk, run or cycle a route for us.

Each of the 100 'legs' or routes around Essex and East London can be undertaken in family, friendship, parish or community groups. Why not have a gathering at the end of your walk such as a small social with tea and coffee in a hall or a barbecue in a garden.

Our aim is to complete as many routes as possible joining up churches and parishes throughout Essex and East London, increasing awareness of children's mental health along the way and raising funds for our work.

Covering almost 450 miles is a big undertaking for a small team and we will need your help to achieve it.

Your participation will help us to change young lives for the better at a time when our services are in greatest demand - thank you in advance for your interest and we hope that you will consider helping us.

Sponsoring a walker

If you would like to sponsor a walker who is undertaking one of our routes, please put the name of the person you are sponsoring as the reference on your donation so we can let them know how much they have raised.

Thank you for helping us with our Relay 100 initiative; with your help we will continue to make a difference to young lives throughout Essex and East London.
