Before even reaching a year old, we discovered that my daughter had an allergy to cow's milk, when she was rushed to hospital after suffering an anaphylactic reaction. Five years later, and food allergies have an absolutely enormous, unseen and debilitating impact on our lives. There is a lot of fear about what the future holds.

The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation is one of few charities in this space, and the only UK-based charity funding research into the cause of, and possible treatments for, food allergies.

Throughout Advent I will be recording bass guitar covers of song suggestions, and posting them on my YouTube channel (@fnfbass5878). It ought to be entertaining, funky and very Christmassy!
