Life Science Cares is changing the story of Philadelphia, where over 22% of residents live in poverty. With support from our community, we’re helping families like Maria’s, a single mother who found stable housing through our BASIC NEEDS program. Now, she’s thriving and giving back as a health aide.

Our EDUCATION initiatives have provided 900 low-income children with access to medical care and literacy support. Jamal, once struggling with reading, now excels at grade level and dreams of becoming a teacher.

Through our OPPORTUNITES programs, young adults like Darren are achieving financial stability. Darren has earned his place in a well-paying career, contributing to the $5.5 million in collective wages our supported young adults earned in 2023.
