Hi All,

I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 1st of October to help raise funds for St David's Hospice.

They helped provide care for Sarah Herbert during her battle with Cancer until here final.

Sarah was the partner and mother to two amazing boys with my good buddy and fellow DJ, Grant.

The Hospice care offers reassurance of round-the-clock expert care, in a friendly, welcoming environment for those who are living through a life limiting illness.

From managing someone's pain, to looking after their emotional, spiritual and social needs, hospice care supports the whole person, helping them to live their life to the full.

Any money (big or small) that you can donate is much appreciated.
