To help BAKO reach their target for their chosen charity Dementia UK one of our BAKO Durham Drivers Michael Hodgson and his nephew Bobby Guy (Our Durham Supply Chain Managers Son) have decided to run in aid of this charity.

This charity is very close to their heart as Michaels Father in Law who is also Bobbys Great Grandfather is suffering with Dementia and this is progressively getting worse. He is 92 years of age and has only just recently moved into a care home as he is no longer able to manage at home.

Michael and Bobby have firsthand experience of how demanding and stressful caring for a family member with Dementia can be and this is why they would like to help others in this situation by raising money and awareness for this great cause.
