Badgers Class will be completing 35k in one afternoon. A joint effort to raise funds for Bath Mind.

Bath Mind are a local and independent mental health charity, working at the heart of the community in Bath and North East Somerset. They provide life-changing services for all to access and offer both 1:1 and group services, as well as supported living, housing and benefits advice.

Taking part in the 5k a day challenge is a fun and enjoyable way to support people in your community’s mental health and wellbeing. It’s all about embracing movement and promoting positive mental wellbeing together.

Here's what your donation could help support

£20 can offer vital support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis by providing them with access to our Breathing Space hub.

£30 could provide a facilitated session to our Wellbeing Groups, such as yoga, tai chai, or art!

£80 could pay for 4 sessions of 1:1 counselling for someone in need of affordable talking therapy.

£100 could pay for someone to attend a Food for Thought course.
