Story
In 2022, children in Ladybird Class (Foundation Stage) at St. Stephen's Infant School took part in a sponsored walk from Canterbury to Chartham to raise vital funds for the Parkinson's Centre for Integrated Therapy. This new Centre was established by the University of Kent to provide a range of non-drug therapies all in one place to help people living with Parkinson's in Kent to live better for longer.
The team of four and five years olds did themselves proud by walking the whole way and raising over £800 for this important cause. See: https://blogs.kent.ac.uk/development/2022/05/24/ladybird-class-take-part-in-a-sponsored-walk-to-raise-money-for-the-parkinsons-centre-for-integrated-therapy/
The children, now in Badger Class (Year 2) and aged 6 and 7, have asked to do the walk again and have set themselves a target of £800 again. They would love your support. Please help them reach their goal.
