Last year in December I spent time in Lebanon delivering life saving aid to the 1000’s of displaced Syrian and Palestinians living in refugee camps, some for over 30 years. My aim is to continue the humanitarian work. Therefore, I will be going to Kenya this year to continue the hard work. This is only possible with your generous donations!
I will be travelling to Kenya to hand deliver aid to our brothers and sisters! My goal is to raise £10,000 to help as many people as I can affected by starvation. We will also be inaugurating a water well in memory of my late Nani and Nana Abu, May Allah SWT be pleased with them, Ameen. The Tana River has completely dried up leaving young children and women travelling 40km to the nearest water source.
Devastating losses to crops and livestock have caused an unimaginable increase in hunger levels, with a staggering 55% increase in severely malnourished children being admitted into clinics.
Almost 40% of the population - a staggering 6.6 million people are facing acute food insecurity, meaning they urgently need food now to survive.
What can YOU provide:
- £100 – provide emergency food and water to impoverished families in Kenya. Food parcels containing; 60 kilograms of rice, flour, sugar, oil and milk powder & more. Contribute towards a shallow water well providing clean water to a village of 2000 people.

- High-calorie treatment for malnutrition, in coordination with UNICEF.
- Shelter and non-food items to displaced families arriving in Mogadishu’s camps.
