I'm swimming 20km (2 back-to-back Olympic Marathon Swims, or SIX circuits of this year's Cross Country) for two excellent causes- and one of them is this one. One year on, the war in Ukraine still rages. Ukrainian refugees, many of whom single moms with children, are scattered across the world, and they need our help now more than ever.
