​At Avove, we are delighted to announce that we have signed a two-year partnership with the national mental health charity Mind (2023-2024).

Mind was voted for by our colleagues, because of the crucial work it does in raising awareness to remove the stigma around mental health as well as campaigning to improve services and promote a better understanding of mental wellbeing. 

Dealing with mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is a priority for us and this partnership cements our pledge to make a difference in the workplace and to support the mental health of our colleagues.  

Avove's Executive Chair, Mark Perkins, said: “Raising awareness of mental health and the support available is a priority for us and is a core part of our social impact strategy. 

“We were delighted when colleagues selected Mind as Avove’s charity for the next two years, as we actively encourage colleagues to look out for each other, talk openly about mental health and know that there is help available and where to find it. 

“More than ever, we are all facing varying and often compounded pressures, so it is vital that charities like Mind get as much support as possible and we are looking forward to this collaboration and fundraising for Mind over the next two years.”
