The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is dedicated to the emotional, physical & financial wellbeing of construction workers and their families.

They provide a range of free resources to support the industry. This includes a free and confidential 24/7 Helpline and a free Self Support App. The charity receive no public funding so rely on the industry to 'support their own'. Every penny raised helps make a difference to a construction worker in need.

Chris, Ollie and James will be representing Avolon and taking part in the Brighton Half Marathon 2024 on Sunday 25th February to raise vital funds for Lighthouse Charity on behalf of Avolon Group.
