Avalanche Creative Media is a company born out of the spirit of the mountains and the symbol that they provide - strength, determination, resilience, overcoming adversity and adventure. Throughout the life of this little brand we are committing ourselves to raising awareness and funds to support causes which help those who are going through a tough time. Be that a mental health charity, a therapist, your local church, an anti-bullying campaign at your school or your Grandparents book club. We want to do our little bit of good in a world that can, at times, feel so terrible.

We all struggle mentally at some point in our lives and everyone should know that this is a NORMAL reaction to something ABNORMAL that they are going through. You are not alone. We can all be good humans and provide that support, however small or fleeting it may be. A brew, a hug, a couple of pounds to charity - it all helps to brighten someone's day.
