Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I was born very early, and had 2 life-saving operations in the first 2 months of my life. I had something called Necrotising Enterocolitis (NEC) which left me with less digestive system than can keep me alive. I am now on daily intravenous nutrition, as well as medications to help my tummy and liver. It is very much thanks to the amazing staff at Addenbrookes, and particularly The Rosie Hospital, that I am still around. I was in there for 10 months. I still go at least once a month for visits to help keep me growing and developing (I am still catching up), as well as to say hi, and show my new skills off.
My Daddy is going to run the Cambridge Half Marathon this time (whilst Mummy looks after me) and he needs all the encouragement he can get, as he has lost hair and gained tummy width since the last time he did 13.1 miles. Please give generously.
