Hello, I’m Aundre Barrow and on Sunday 21st April, I’ll be taking on the iconic London Marathon with just six weeks of training – talk about a whirlwind!

As an IT Field Engineer at Paragon, I’ll be proudly representing our Corporate Patron Charity, West Ham United Foundation, who harness the power of football to maximize life chances and inspire better futures for all.

I used to love running, but had lost touch with it over the past few years, and this is the first time I’ve taken anything like this on. It’s safe to say I feel quite apprehensive about the challenge that lies ahead, but am focusing on balancing my physical vs. mental endurance and know what a huge achievement it will be when I cross that finish line!
