This online fitness event is a collaboration of the Athena Network Bedfordshire & St Albans, Nicola Church of Elevation Personal Training and Stacey Landau Yoga & Breathwork teacher, we will be hosting an evening of renewal in aid of Azalea.

Azalea support men, women and children affected by sex trafficking and modern day slavery.

The event is Thursday 27th June, 7pm-8pm.

Suggested donation is £5 but you can of course donate more.

Once you have donated you will be registered and we will get in touch (so make sure you click the YES to contact button!!!) and provide you the log in details.

The session will be recorded too so if you're not free exactly then you won't miss anything and can catch up.

The Athena Network is a business networking and development club for female professionals across the UK and beyond.

Elevation Personal Training, Nicola has been a Personal Trainer for nearly 7 years, she has coached 100s of women to become the best version of themselves, through a holistic approach to exercise and nutrition

Stacey Landau is a Breathwork Teacher & Yoga Therapist. She has been teaching for almost 20 years and runs workshops, classes and 1.1 both in and around St Albans and online.
