We (Mori, Ernie and Rory) are embarking on a 4-day 90-mile trek from Asylum Link in Liverpool to the peak of Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon.

We do this to raise money for Asylum Link Merseyside - a local charity offering support and solidarity to people trying to find their way through the asylum system.

This is an organisation that is personal to all three of us.

Mori, from Iran, came to Asylum Link for support and soon got involved in providing it too, as a volunteer gardener and all-round handyman!

Ernie, from Bolivia, has become a central part of our activities program, including running our board games group. He also volunteers as part of the Asylum Link kitchen team that cook for up to 200 people a day.

Rory, from UK, works at Asylum Link on the 'Action Asylum' project, which creates opportunities for people seeking asylum and local people to get involved in volunteering together in the community.

Between the 13th and 16th of June, we'll walk 90 miles across Merseyside and North Wales to reach the famed peak of Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon, camping on route.

We would really value your support in donating to this fundraiser, sharing this page, and - if you're up for it - to come and join us on the ascent of Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon on the morning of the Sunday 16th June.
