Story
Elmira Everlasting, the College's spring day of giving, is Wednesday, April 24! Show your everlasting love for the Purple and Gold and join us for this 24-hour giving challenge focused on raising funds for future Soaring Eagles.
Don't forget about our class President's giving challenge: if you give $20.12 or more to the Annual Fund or the turf field project, Kat Slye-Hernandez '12 will match it up to a total of $2,012.
Kat chose the Annual Fund and the turf field project for her matching gifts because these funds will have the biggest impact on the college and its students right now. The Annual Fund supports projects that benefit the entire college campus community, like improving wifi infrastructure as well as funding new academic programs and lab equipment.
The turf field is something athletics and students have wanted for a long time (including many Astonishing athletes), and it will drive attendance; men's and women's lacrosse is restarting in the fall because of this project.
