Story
Our angel Theresa gained her throne in heaven. She loved to do the wildest things, on the go twenty four seven.
In her last months a bucket list was made, instead of spa breaks and exotic destinations Mount Snowdon was named.
She always was a nutter, which none of us could understand, why would you want hills instead of sun, sea and sand!
But determined as ever, to the top she tried. Though as she walked to her limit, cancer took her stride
So in honour of our Tree, off up snowdon we go but not just one mountain 3 in a row!
We are unfit and untrained and it’s a dangerous idea…but our tree had a wish, and shes worth facing our fear.
We could stumble and fall, and look like real fools like our tree did often when combining alcohol and pools!
But whatever we feel, it doesn’t compare to what she endured and the grief that we wear
If we raise enough funds, we’ll put a plaque in her name, on the Brain Tumour Research ‘wall of hope’, so that her life wasn’t in vein.
We know times are tough, and bills suck right now, appreciation of any donation that your situation would allow.
Theresa Anne O’Donnell, we forever wish you were here, we will search for you at the top, as we toast to you with a beer 🍻
RIP Tree ❤️ 30/04/1987-13/11/2021
Our fundraising target represents 2 days of research, please help us reach it!
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This is unacceptable!
We are fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK. Please help us fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
