Hi,

I'll be running the Worcester half marathon on the 15th of September in memory of my partner's father Tim Milner. He sadly passed away in Feburary 2022 after a hard fought battle with prostate cancer. As an avid rock climber Tim never let his diagnosis set him back, he even created a fingerboard when he was confined to a wheelchair! he really did have an incredible attitude of "so what" when it came to dealing with the issues he faced during his treatment and I'll be channeling that same determination and grit to deal with adversity when taking on this challenge.

Climbers against Cancer is an amazing charity that work within the climbing and outdoor activity community to raise funds to support cancer research facilities throughout the world so that we can one day beat this awful disease that claims the life of far too many far too soon.
