Three Peaks Challenge · 20 July 2024

We offer advice and support to empower people with their Mental Health.

Story

In 2020, my wonderful friend Siva Dharmalingam decided to leave us far too soon.

A delightfully eccentric, intelligent, and caring individual, Siva brought joy to the world.

He also brought good - constantly looking to help others, he saw the best in everyone and the potential for a greater and fairer society full of kindness.

Siva marked us indelibly and now it's left to us to ensure others also feel the love, support, and care he would have wanted.

The Challenge

On 20 July 2024, we will be completing the National Three Peaks Challenge.

The challenge is to hike the three tallest peaks in the UK within 24 hours and we will be doing so without a guide.

1. Ben Nevis, Scotland (1,344m)

2. Scafell Pike, England (977m)

3. Snowdon, Wales (1,085m)

Total Ascension Distance: 3,406m

About the charity

Mental health has come a long way but too many of us still have to fight to get help. There was already a mental health emergency before coronavirus. But the pandemic has increased the scale of need in the nation’s mental health. Together we fight - for support, for respect. for you.
