Hello again,

Well it's that time of the year, yes I'm attempting another monumental challenge...

100 km or 63 miles with over 2500m of ascent in the Peak District in under 24 hours....

How and why ? Well as most of you know our family has had a very turbulent 18 months. we lost both of my parents to heart disease in 2022 and 2023, we also lost Sarah's dad Richard Esam to Parkinsons in July 2023. So this year I am raising money in memory of Richard, a fantastic, Father, Grandpa, Husband and brother.
