Once again I'm putting the running shoes on, hitting the roads for 21km and passing the begging bowl around.

I'm raising money for Link Age Southwark, a local charity making a big difference supporting over 800 older people and people living with dementia. They offer a range of services that help to improve people's quality of life and wellbeing.
