10 years ago I completed a tough mudder on behalf of MacMillan Cancer Support, we smashed our fundraising target, raised awareness and i got knocked out! Well i'm 10 years older, 2 stone heavier, less hair, and with even less fitness, I am doing it all over again but this time for the Buddy Bag Foundation, a fantastic lesser known charity but one that provides vital support and essentials to children unfortunate enough to enter emergency care and refuge centres.

Frequently these children have been removed from domestic abuse situations with nothing but the clothes on their back, this is where the buddy bag foundation aims to support these children and provide some form of provisions, comfort and love these poor children so desperately need.
