My son Lewis was born 16 weeks Premature 1lb 11oz in 2015 (check out pictures), and spent many months on the neonatal ward at the RVI. While me and my family were there we were helped by tiny lives and seen first hand what they do on the unit. From incubator covers, comforts for both baby and parents, to physiotherapist and financial help just to name a few.

Now is the time for us to give a little something back.

I am taking part in many events this year Two iron man triathlons which is a big ask in its self ( google it) my main ones.

The Northumbrian Iron man, The Geordieman iron man, The Great north run, The kielder marathon, The Gateshead trail 10k, ultra marathon and a lot more challenges. I have raced in 5 events already. I will keep my social media up to date if you would like to follow my progress. I will finish all these challenges even if I have to crawl across the finish line.

Lewis is my no1 fan and always at the finish line. He wants to be like daddy and race aswell. Lewis had done a race already this year and is looking yo do alot more. Hes doing the mini Great north run. This is a joint page for me and lewis.
