We raise funds to help children with Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis and IBDU, collectively known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). The cause is still unknown. Please help us to be able to fund vital research and offer support to families.

Story

I am going to be running the ASICS London 10k in July 24 to raise money for little known children’s charity - CICRA. When Oliver was diagnosed with IBD ( Ulcerative Colitis) he was still at primary school and the news came as a shock to us all. CICRA were there for us and are there for all the families who find themselves in the same situation as us. They are an amazing charity who desperately need more funds to continue their support and research into IBD in children.

I am doing this run with Ellie - our first event together - and we are going to form Team Cox.

Please give what you can to help children with Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis and IBDU, collectively known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
