I will be taking part in a series of triathlon events culminating in a middle distance (half ironman distance) triathlon on the 8th September in aid of the NICU at New Cross hospital Wolverhampton.

My twin girls spent close to a month in NICU after they were born and the care and dedication of that team was fantastic.

The events are as follows

1. Wombourne Sprint Triathlon - 21st April (400m swim, 20k cycle, 5k run)

2. Ellesemere Olympic Triathlon - 30th June (1500m swim, 40k cycle, 10k run)

3. The Big Welsh swim, Llyn Padarn - 6th July (6k swim)

4. Ellesmere Middle Distance Triathlon (2k swim, 78k cycle, 20k run)
