The Ignite Programme
Campaign by University of Southampton (RCN HMRC Registered)
Ignite supports students from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds so that they can overcome the barriers they face while at university and build the bright futures they deserve.

Story

Welcome to our fundraising page! We're An-Sofie and Yilin, members of staff at University of Southampton Students' Union.

We work with university students every day and are passionate about equal opportunities in higher education. This why we've taken the opportunity to take part in the Southampton Marathon, each tackling different distances, to raise funds for the Ignite Programme.

The Ignite Programme is available to students from underrepresented backgrounds and offers a blend of financial, academic, career, and personal opportunities.

By backing our running goals, you'll be helping to provide this programme to disadvantaged students. No donation is too small – every little bit counts in making a difference. :)

Yilin will be running her first 10km distance at the race (🙌) and An-Sofie will run the half marathon.

Thank you for joining us in championing a great cause!
