The Archie Foundation are an incredible charity that provide help to children and families in the north of Scotland when at their most vulnerable.

As someone from Shetland who works in healthcare, children and babies here often need to use the services in Grampian and the Archie Foundation helps with things from financial support & accommodation, to providing play therapists for children who are inpatients there for a long period of time. Raising a little bit if cash for this great charity is good motivator for myself to get outside for at least 1 mile a day throughout March.
