Story

I'm joining Oliver's Army and taking on a 30-day step challenge to raise money for Day One Trauma Support.

Day One is a national charity, helping people rebuild their life after a catastrophic injury. People like Oliver, who suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car crash.

Day One was there for Oliver and his mum, and I believe they should be there for anyone coping with a life-changing injury.
