SWV helps wounded veterans regain their independence through skiing. In March, 25 veterans will take to the slopes to build confidence & restore self-belief. With challenge & camaraderie they are empowered to successfully transition to civilian life.

Story

Supporting Wounded Veterans (SWV) is focused on helping facilitate a transition from military to civilian life. I have been selected as a buddy for the March ski week and am raising money for this and other activities in aid of UK veterans.

We are the first veterans charity addressing severe traumatic pain with assisted therapy trials and are the sponsors of a study on PTSD at Kings Hospital. Much of the work you would be supporting will help others suffering from PTSD.

Please donate to the charity via the "Just Giving" link.
