Street Connect helps people who are struggling with addiction to turn their lives around. Partnering with local churches at the heart of communities in multiple deprivation, they meet new participants through street outreach and drop-in cafes and get to know them, building trusting relationships so participants have the courage to embark on recovery with the help of one-to one and group support, referrals to other agencies for specialist support e.g. rehab, and aftercare where participants can learn life & job skills to rebuild their lives. It's a long & often difficult journey, but Street Connect is there for them the whole way.

Last year they helped over 2000 people take a step forward in their life. Please sponsor my walk to help them reach and support more people in need, bringing fresh hope and new life.
