Story
In August, 3 of my lovely friends, Hannah, Lindsay, and Sarah, from the DSUK community will take on a half-triathlon. As well as being avid skiers, between them they have an assortment of disabilities including MS and Cerebral Palsy. Each of these superheros will take on 1 leg of a 400m Swim, a 10km Bike, and a 2.5km run/push. I will be there as their sidekick, ensuring they have ample snacks, are properly cheered on, supporting the transitions, and taking on the 10km bike section with Lindsay.
Please support our fundraising efforts in any way that you can. This won't be a walk in the park for any of us.
The Superhero Tri is an amazing disability-first triathlon and such a fun and inclusive day. Disability Snowsport UK means so much to us, it's what brings us and so many people with disabilities together and ensures equal access to the sport we love.

Disability Snowsport UK's vision is of mountains and slopes free from barriers. We believe that all people have the right to access the unique physical, mental, and social benefits of snowsports, regardless of disability, injury, or experience.
We operate ski schools at various locations throughout the UK as well as delivering opportunities to ski and snowboard in a mountain environment worldwide.
We are supported by a fantastic team of highly-qualified adaptive instructors as well as a brilliant network of passionate and skilled volunteers. Together, we work to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to access snowsport.
