I'm going to swim 5k as part of Crann's annual Walk n Roll 5k Your Way fundraiser!

The funds I raise will go to supporting children, adults and families with neuro-physical disabilities through programmes at Crann!

Crann uses a 2Gen Model of Care to support people with neuro-physical disabilities - Spina Bifida, Hydrocephalus, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Arthrogryposis, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis.
