Manchester is a city known for its strength and diversity. This February, I'm facing my fears by participating in Manchester city centre's ONLY firewalk to raise funds for the We Love MCR Charity. We Love MCR Charity does amazing work to support communities and young people in Manchester. They help local groups with their Stronger Communities Fund, support talented young people through the Rising Stars Fund, and were there for Manchester during the Covid-19 crisis, distributing £1 million to over 300 groups, including foodbanks and domestic violence shelters. As I walk across the hot coals, I'll be thinking of the resilient people of Manchester who inspire me every day. I'm walking for the communities that show incredible strength, for the young people who dream big, and for the city that has given me so much. Please join me in supporting We Love MCR Charity.
