I have - perhaps foolishly - signed up to do a 21 mile walk this September, on the gorgeous Scarborough to Whitby coastal path. This year my work colleagues and I are raising money for a cause dear to our hearts, in memory of our colleague Matthew. Please support us if you can!

YHEC is supporting OCD UK throughout 2023. We have chosen OCD UK as our annual charity in rememberance of our much loved and missed friend and colleague Matthew Bunney, who died in June 2022.

OCD-UK has been working for children and adults affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder since 2004. They provide advice, information, and support services for those affected by OCD, and campaign to end the trivialisation and stigma of OCD. Uniquely, the charity is completely service-user led, everyone involved in the organisation have personal experience of OCD, either directly or through a loved one.
