Hello,

On 21st September I am swimming 10km up an estuary in Snowdonia, with a tidal bore for assistance, it's going to be wild! As ever I am doing this in Lucie's name. Lucie who was always up for an adventure, but who left us too soon.

Whilst doing this I am raising money so children with disabilities can enjoy the water as much as I do. Just £15 can change a life. Please support me in this epic challenge by donating.
