Hi, I’m Anna, and I’ve always been passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children. Whether it’s through my studies in Early Years Education at Roehampton University or my work as a teacher at Chiltern Hills Montessori Nursery, my life revolves around one goal: helping children grow and thrive.

For years, I've dreamed of making an even bigger impact through volunteering, and now that dream is within reach. I have the incredible opportunity to join a Play Action International playground and play programme. But I can’t do it without your help.

I’m raising funds to support this programme and provide these children with the resources they need to play, learn, and grow. Your donation will go directly toward creating a new playground for the children, a place where they can laugh, explore, and be kids.

Our awesome and dedicated team of volunteers will be heading to Uganda in summer 2025! We will be transforming an empty field at a local school into a vibrant playground so that children can access a childhood!

Your generous support will enable Play Action International to create a legacy of play within the local community where so that we can create an environment where children's development and well-being are supported and children are able to learn essential skills that will allow them to reach their potential. Our playgrounds and play programmes bring about remarkable changes:

- 98% of schools report increase in pupil attendance.

- 74% of children give 'The Playground' as a reason to attend school.

- 83% of teachers report improvements in children's attention and behaviour in classes.
