I'm taking part in #BigHeartedFriday for Little Hearts Matter.

Earlier last year we found out at our 20 week scan that there was something wrong with our baby’s heart. Our world crumbled and our excitement quickly turned to worry.

A wonderful specialist nurse at the LRI gave us hope and pointed us towards the charity Little hearts matter, they are the only charity supporting people with single ventricle conditions like Harriet’s. The information they provide and the support to our whole family has been invaluable. They have sent information out to us, provided Facebook pages for us and the grandparents allowing us to connect with others with the same condition and have even produced a book to help siblings understand the surgeries needed.
